Easy Gluten-Free VEGAN CHESTNUT CREPES

- 85 g chestnut flour
- 160 ml ~2/3 cup filtered water
- 5 ml ~1 tsp sunflower oil or olive oil
you also need
- 2-3 tbsp oil to grease the pan
- a non-stick pan
- activated almond butter
- homemade vegan whipped cream
- red currant jam
- apricot jam with maple syrup
- Vegan kale Pesto
- apple sauce
- vegan pesto
- stir-fried mushrooms
- date chocolate mousse
How to make gluten-free vegan crepes crepes
In a bowl, add the sifted chestnut flour. Pour the water and oil and mix vigorously with a whisk.
Heat a non-stick frying pan, add one tablespoon of oil and distribute it with a kitchen towel.
When the pan is hot, pour a little ladle of dough in the center and very quickly tilt and turn the pan to distribute the mixture over the entire surface.
Lower the heat and cook over low heat. When the edges start to peel off slightly (after about 3 minutes), turn the crepes and cook the other side for one minute. *
Transfer the crepe onto a plate and cover it with a clean cloth to keep it warm. Repeat until the butter runs out.
Serve these gluten-free vegan chestnut flour crepes warm with apricot jam, activated almond butter, chocolate date mousse, chocolate and avocado mousse, coconut whipped cream, vegan kale pesto and roasted vegetables or with a sweet or savoury filling to taste.
