Creamy and delicious VEGAN CASHEW AIOLI RECIPE | egg-free and paleo. A must try! Simple, healthy, it requires only 5 ingredients and it's ready in 3 minutes. For salads, burgers and Buddha bowls.

  1. Wash and drain cashews. 
  2. Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Start with low power then increase. Scrape down the sides as needed. 
  3. Transfer to an air-tight glass jar and store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks. The taste is richer and more delicious after a couple of days.
  4. This vegan cashew aioli ( my favorite sauce ever ! ) is a great dressing for salads and Buddha bowls or sauce for falafel and burgers.

Notes

Cashews must be soaked for at least 6 hours. If you're running out of time, soaked them in hot water for 30 minutes or bring them to a boil for 10 minutes. Drain and let cool completely before using.
